We move fast so you can get back on court. Orders placed before 2 PM EST usually ship the same business day. In rare cases of high volume, they’ll ship the next business day — never later than that.

Transit time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

We do our best to ship everything in one package, but depending on inventory and warehouse location, items may arrive separately. This won’t affect your shipping cost.

Product Questions

What sets ADV products apart from other brands?

At ADV, we don’t just make gear — we engineer performance, reliability, and style into every piece. Whether it’s a bag, an overgrip, or an accessory, you’ll notice the difference. Here’s how ADV stands out:

1. Premium Materials & Build Quality

  • Military-grade, high-denier fabrics like Kodra nylon and weather-resistant materials.

  • YKK zippers, strong metal hardware, reinforced stitching.

  • Hand-finished quality control across bags, grips, and accessories.

2. Thoughtful, Player-Driven Design

  • Bags and backpacks with compartments for racquets, paddles, shoes, sweaty or dirty gear, laptops, and more.

  • Built-in cooler sections, mesh organizers, secret stash pockets, and upright structure so bags don’t collapse.

  • Ergonomic straps, durable handles, and balanced load distribution for comfort.

3. Performance Features for Accessories & Overgrips

  • FeltTac Dry and MaxTac Tacky grips engineered for different play conditions (sweaty, humid, or dry).

  • Moisture-wicking, tacky, or cushioned options to match player preference.

  • Accessories like dampeners and wristbands designed with durability and functionality in mind.

4. Durability & Long Lifespan

  • Bags and dampeners backed by a 10-year warranty.

  • Overgrips, wristbands, and accessories designed to resist sweat, fraying, and fading.

  • Gear built to withstand daily training, travel, and competition.

5. Clean, Understated Aesthetic + Off-Court Functionality

  • Modern, minimal branding that keeps the focus on the player.

  • Sleek lines, versatile colors, and finishes that fit on and off the court.

  • Backpacks and bags that double as travel or everyday carry solutions.

6. Sustainability & Value Mindset

  • Gear built to last, so fewer replacements end up in landfills.

  • Refurbished and used options offered to reduce waste.

  • Bundles and multi-packs for frequent players who want both performance and value.

Yes—we do. At ADV, performance and sustainability go hand-in-hand. Every bag we build is engineered to last, and we want to make sure none of that craftsmanship goes to waste. That’s why we’ve created two options for players looking for a bag at a lower price point, without compromising function.

Refurbished Bags – 25% of MSRP

  • Condition: Practically new. Free of functional or cosmetic flaws.

  • What to expect: At most, you might notice a tiny scuff that you’ll have to search for. Performance, structure, and durability are exactly what you’d expect from a brand-new ADV bag.

  • Who it’s for: Players who want the ADV experience, at a fraction of the cost, with no trade-offs on appearance or performance.

Used Bags – 35% of MSRP

  • Condition: 100% functional, with visible cosmetic blemishes.

  • What to expect: Scratches, marks, or wear that shows the bag’s history, but every zipper, strap, and compartment works as designed.

  • Who it’s for: Players who care more about function over flawless looks, and want to save while still carrying ADV quality.

Why we do this

We believe great gear should never become waste. Offering refurbished and used options helps us stay sustainable, reduce environmental impact, and make ADV gear accessible to more players.

Why this matters
Most brands force you to pick a “tennis” or “pickleball” bag. ADV builds gear that works seamlessly for both, so players never have to compromise. Whether you’re competing in tournaments or just playing both sports during the week, there’s an ADV bag built for your game.

The 2 grips are built to help your grip in 2 different ways:

FeltTac — Dry control, velvety comfort
Best for: Players coming from classic dry grips (e.g., Tourna-style) who want more durability and comfort without going sticky.

  1. Purpose: Stay dry when the match turns humid or your hands run hot.
  2. Surface feel: Velvety, dry cloth with “just-right” tack so you don’t slip—but don’t blister.
  3. Moisture behavior: Absorbs sweat quickly, keeping the touch consistent deep into long sets.
  4. Thickness / build: ~0.75 mm (0.03 in) for a bit more cushion and shock filtering. Length 1100 mm; width 25 mm. If you like a slightly fuller handle, this is your lane. ADV

MaxTac — Razor-thin, relentlessly tacky
Best for: Players coming from tacky grips (Wilson Pro, MegaTac, etc.) who want more bite without bulk. ADV

  1. Purpose: “Stick and rip” confidence with a truer handle feel.
  2. Surface feel: Extremely tacky, grips your hand like glue for precise racquet face control.
  3. Moisture behavior: Doesn’t absorb—sweat wipes off the surface so the tack stays active. Great if you prefer to towel between points.
  4. Thickness / build: ~0.50 mm (0.02 in), razor-thin so you don’t size up your handle; length 1100 mm; width 25 mm.

Choose FeltTac if you:

  1. Play in heat/humidity and want a grip that actively drinks sweat. ADV
  2. Like a dry cloth feel with light cushioning and moderate tack. ADV
  3. Are switching from traditional dry overgrips and want longer-lasting dryness. ADV+1

Choose MaxTac if you:

  1. Want maximum stick for confident racquet face control on big cuts and touch shots. ADV
  2. Prefer a lean handle profile—0.5 mm keeps it true to size. ADV
  3. Sweat, but don’t want absorption—you’d rather wipe and go to keep the surface tacky. ADV

Yes. The built-in coolers are fully insulated compartments with sealed zippers designed to keep your drinks and snacks cold for hours. They prevent heat from entering or cold from escaping, so your items stay at the temperature you packed them. The insulation works both ways, which also means hot items stay warm if needed.

Tennis Pro Bag — Tournament Capacity

  • Largest cooler option in our lineup.

  • Holds up to 6 cans, 3 standard 20oz bottles, or 1–2 larger bottles.

  • Perfect for long tennis tournaments where hydration and snacks need to last all day.

Pickleball Pro Bag — Tournament Capacity

  • Slightly smaller cooler pocket designed around pickleball gear layout.

  • Holds up to 4 cans, 2 standard 20oz bottles, or 1–2 larger bottles.

  • Ideal for all-day pickleball events where organization and portability are key.

Travel Backpack — Hybrid Capacity

  • Built-in cooler pocket sized for everyday crossover use.

  • Holds 1–2 larger bottles, 2 cans, or 1 standard 20oz bottle.

  • Great for practices, rec play, or travel days when you want hydration and snacks in a compact form.

Customer Experience
One of our players put it best: “I was skeptical about a built-in cooler, but it’s the real deal. I’ve taken my ADV bag to back-to-back matches in the summer heat and my water stayed cold the entire time. It’s one of those features you don’t think you need—until you realize you can’t go back.”

Why this matters
Most players carry separate coolers or leave drinks on the sidelines. ADV builds the solution directly into the bag, so you save space, stay organized, and keep your fuel close by. Whether you’re competing in tournaments or heading to the courts after work, the built-in cooler is one of the most practical features you’ll use every time you play.

The “V” stands for version.

At ADV, we treat our bags the same way we’d treat technology. Our founders came from the tech world, and we’ve brought that mindset into how we build gear.

Just like an smartphone release, every ADV bag is designed to evolve. While we make small refinements with every production run, sometimes we make bigger leaps in design, functionality, and features. When that happens, we release a new version number (V2, V3, and so on) to mark the upgrade.

It’s our way of showing players that they’re not just buying a bag—they’re getting a piece of equipment that’s continuously improving, with every version pushing performance further.

Rest assured — every ADV bag comes with hanging hooks.

They’re tucked in tightly when the bag is new to keep them secure during manufacturing and shipping, so it may take a little extra effort to pull them out the first time. Once released, they’re ready to use anytime you want to hang your bag on a fence, locker, or bench.

Here’s where you’ll find them on each model:

  • Tennis Pro Bag — Two hooks on the top left and right sides of the bag, just above the cooler compartment.

  • Pickleball Pro Bag — Two hooks on the backside at the top left and right, behind the paddle compartment.

  • Backpack — Two hooks on the backside at the top left and right, behind the paddle compartment.

  • Flex Backpack — One hook at the top middle of the back of the bag.

To keep your ADV bag performing its best, we recommend a simple care routine:

  • Hand wash only using mild soap and warm water.

  • If soap alone isn’t enough, you can hand wipe with a 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and water.

  • Avoid fully submerging the bag in water.

  • Air dry only—never put the bag in a dryer.

  • For convenience, the shoe compartments are designed to pull out, making them easy to clean and dry separately.

Following these steps helps extend the life of your bag and keeps it looking game-ready, season after season.

We do our best to keep every bag and color in stock, but due to high demand, certain variations can sell out from time to time.

When that happens, here’s what to expect:

  • On the product page, you’ll see a “Notify Me” button. Enter your email there, and you’ll be the first to know when that exact bag and color is back in stock.

  • If we already have a confirmed restock, you’ll also see an estimated availability date listed on the page.

  • Rest assured, we’re always working hard to keep your favorite gear available — but sometimes demand moves faster than supply.

Sponsorship and Ambassadors

We don't have a ambassador program currently as we are working on a new one.

If a user asks, tell them that we are working on a new on that will be announced later this year.

Applying for an ADV sponsorship means joining our team. You’ll receive ADV gear to support your journey, represent the brand, and grow your profile on and off the court.

What it involves:

  • We send you equipment such as bags, overgrips, accessories, and possibly apparel to help you compete at your best.

  • You represent ADV at tournaments, practices, and through content (photos, videos, social media) in a way that aligns with our brand values.

  • We may also ask for feedback on our gear or invite you to share your journey to inspire other players.

Eligibility and requirements:

  • For tennis, you must hold an ATP or WTA ranking better than 500.

  • For pickleball, you must be an active player on either the PPA or APP tour.

  • Like other sponsorship programs, we also look at performance history, professionalism, visibility, and your commitment to growth and representing a brand.

How to apply:

  • Email [email protected] with your full name, ranking, recent tournament results, and what you hope to get from the sponsorship.
  • If you have examples of how you’ve promoted other brands or how you plan to represent ADV, include those as well.
